LCM CORNWALL LTD
Terms of Service
The contract for using LCM's AI content and video generation service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use LCM. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and where you share generated content.
Service scope
LCM creates AI posters, short videos, captions, and pairing notes for bottles you already own. LCM does not sell bottles, arrange delivery, facilitate retail transactions, or act as a producer, distributor, critic, sommelier, or authenticity service.
The checkout descriptor and service description must remain AI content / video generation.
You may not use LCM to list bottles for purchase, coordinate delivery, redirect users to a bottle transaction, or imply that LCM is a licensed beverage seller, venue, distributor, marketplace, or payment facilitator for regulated goods.
Accounts and credits
Plans and credit packs provide service usage credits. Credits are not cash, stored monetary value, gift cards, or transferable currency.
Credits can be used only for LCM service operations such as prompt parsing, poster generation, reel generation, gift short generation, and downloadable output packaging. Credits cannot be withdrawn, resold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or used outside LCM.
You must keep account details accurate and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout must show price, billing period, renewal terms, and policy links before payment.
You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund already delivered AI generation work.
If a payment fails, access to paid features, priority generation, or unused subscription credits may be paused until the account is brought current.
Stripe checkout and disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. Before payment, checkout should identify the plan or credit pack, price, currency, billing period where applicable, renewal terms, cancellation path, refund policy, and policy links.
If a card dispute is opened, LCM may submit evidence including the checkout session, customer account, invoice, policy acceptance, age-gate self-certification, credit ledger, AI generation logs, asset delivery records, download records, and support messages.
Opening a dispute may restrict account access while the dispute is investigated. Contacting support first usually allows faster correction of duplicated charges, failed generation, or delivery problems.
User content and responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, rights clearance, producer names, recipient messages, and where you publish outputs. You must not submit content that violates privacy, intellectual property, publicity rights, platform rules, or local alcohol-related advertising laws.
LCM may reject, remove, or disable outputs that appear to target minors, encourage unsafe drinking, impersonate a producer, fabricate endorsement, or conflict with payment partner rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
