How LCM collects, uses, protects, and deletes personal data.

LCM is operated by LCM CORNWALL LTD, company number 14048625, with registered office at 9 Old Mill Lane, Camborne, England, TR14 0DX. This policy applies to lcmcornwall.com and the LCM AI content generation service.

Data we collect

We collect account details, email address, billing identifiers, 21+ self-certification status, prompts, uploaded bottle or packaging images, generated assets, support messages, usage events, device metadata, and cookie preferences.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe. LCM stores Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, checkout, refund, and dispute identifiers needed for account support and compliance.

For subscription and credit workflows, we may keep plan name, price lookup key, renewal status, credit grants, credit consumption events, generated asset identifiers, delivery timestamps, and failed payment events.

How we use data

We use data to provide AI poster and video generation, manage credits, prevent misuse, process payments, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Uploads are used to provide the requested service for your account. They are not used to train foundation models.

When a payment dispute, refund request, suspected fraud event, or policy review occurs, we use account, checkout, ledger, asset delivery, and support records to investigate and respond through Stripe or other required channels.

Processors and international transfer

LCM may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, email, and AI providers to operate the service. These providers process data under contracts or platform terms that limit their use of the information.

Because LCM is offered to a global audience, data may be processed outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms, contractual controls, and security measures.

GDPR and CCPA rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or opt-out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information.

Some records may be retained where required for tax, security, payment dispute, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

Retention and security

Generated assets and uploads are retained while your account is active unless you delete them or request deletion. Billing, ledger, and dispute records may be retained for statutory and card network periods.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, provider security controls, and operational logging. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
