Content License

Your inputs

You keep your rights in prompts, photos, mood boards, voice recordings, and other materials you submit. You grant LCM the rights needed to process, transform, host, display, and deliver those materials for the service.

You must have rights to upload and use any materials you submit.

Generated outputs

Subject to payment, policy compliance, and third-party rights, you may use delivered posters, reels, captions, and pairing notes for personal, social, gift, portfolio, and small business presentation purposes.

Generated outputs may not be used to mislead viewers about producer endorsement, official origin, health effects, legal age compliance, or authenticity.

Generated outputs may include similarity to common visual styles or AI artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for removing unsupported claims, protected marks, misleading labels, or age-sensitive messaging.

Service license

LCM may store and display generated assets in your account, create thumbnails, process downloads, and maintain evidence records for support, billing, safety, and dispute handling.

LCM may create technical derivatives such as resized images, compressed previews, transcoded video, subtitles, lower-third captions, thumbnails, and evidence snapshots needed to deliver and administer the service.

Takedowns and disputes

If a rights owner, producer, venue, or individual believes generated content is unauthorized or misleading, they can contact support@lcmcornwall.com. LCM may remove or restrict access while reviewing the claim.

A content takedown does not automatically create a payment refund if the service was delivered and the issue arose from user-submitted materials or unsupported claims.
