Acceptable Use Policy

21+ registration

You must be at least 21 years old to register or use LCM. This age gate is applied globally as a conservative standard.

You may not help minors create accounts, submit prompts for minors, or create content aimed at minors.

Prohibited content

You may not generate content that encourages binge drinking, drinking games, unsafe consumption, evasion of age laws, harassment, hate, self-harm, illegal activity, or deceptive health claims.

You may not create content that impersonates a producer, celebrity, critic, publication, venue, or brand endorsement without authorization.

You may not create content that claims guaranteed health benefits, safe consumption amounts, medical suitability, pregnancy safety, medication compatibility, recovery advice, or a cure for alcohol-related harm.

You may not upload private images, voice recordings, or personal messages about another person unless you have the rights and consent needed for the intended use.

No sales or delivery facilitation

LCM may not be used to sell, deliver, broker, or arrange the purchase of bottles. Calls to action must focus on content creation, gifting messages, memories, and personal storytelling.

Users must confirm that generated content complies with the laws of the places where they create, access, and share it.

Prompts, captions, overlays, links, and downloads must not include prices for bottles, inventory claims, retail checkout instructions, delivery offers, age-check evasion, or marketplace language.

Stripe compliance controls

LCM positions paid checkout as AI content and video generation only. If user activity appears to move the service toward regulated goods transactions, LCM may block the content, remove links, suspend the account, or retain evidence for payment partner review.

LCM may monitor policy signals such as repeated sales calls to action, producer impersonation, underage-targeted prompts, unsafe consumption framing, or attempts to hide regulated transactions inside generated media.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity where required by law or payment partner rules.
